Annual General Meeting: May 19, 2009

This is the Official Notification of the 2010 Annual General Meeting  of the Quality of Island Life Cooperative

Date: Wednesday, 19 May, 2010

Location: Alexandra Community Hall

Time: Lobster feed with pot-luck salads and home-made libations - 5 pm to 6:30.  Meeting 6:30 pm.

Those who were at the 2009 Lobster feed & pot-luck AGM will recall it with fond memories.  If ya' missed it last year, make sure and get to this year's!

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are attending the lobster feed, please let us know (by filling out the user friendly form on the website) how many market size, 1 pound lobsters you will require.  Please let us know not later than Monday, 17 May.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Annual Active Member Fee ($10) will be payable at the meeting.

Looking forward to seeing everyone and sharing a fine meal in a beautiful Island location.

Hillsborough Helping Hands Meeting

The monthly meeting of the Hillsborough Helping Hands group will be held at the Hillsborough Park Community Centre, 199 Patterson Drive in Charlottetown (map).

Sea View Hall

The Annual General Meeting of the Quality of Island Life Coop will be held Wednesday, May 13th, 2009 at the Sea View Hall.

Directors Meeting

A meeting of the Directors of the Coop will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at 84 Fitzroy Street in Charlottetown.

Strategic Planning Session

All Quality of Island Life Coop members are strongly urged to attend the Strategic Planning Session from 2:00-6:00 p.m. on February 21, 2009 (with a storm date of Feb 28th).

The session will be held at a location at the University of PEI Faculty Lounge in Main Building.

A potluck for all members and invitees will follow from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
