Quality of Island Life Cooperative Governance
The Quality of Island Life Cooperative is a registered Prince Edward Island Cooperative (Registration Number 12723).
The Cooperative is owned by its shareholders (shares are $50 each). An Annual General Meeting is held yearly, and a volunteer Board of Directors manages the day-to-day affairs of the Cooperative. The current members of the Board of Directors are: Morley Pinsent (Chair), Peter Rukavina (Vice-President), Kathy Stuart (Secretary), Ann Sherman (Treasurer), Katherine Clough, Jill Lightwood, Shari MacDonald, Irené Novaczek, and Rob Sharkie.

President's Report, Annual General Meeting, May 13, 2009
Good evening, and welcome to this wonderful part of Prince Edward Island, the North Shore, land of Lucy Maude, classic scenic beauty, and severely depressed lobster prices – a problem which we hope to do our part to alleviate – at least in small measure, in the immediate future.
This tiny co-operative has accomplished a fair, full measure in the 51 weeks since our last Annual General Meeting – thanks largely to the work of the board members which I have had the honour to be involved with over the last year.

Name
The name of the Association shall be Quality of Island Life Co-operative Ltd.
Registered Office
The registered office of the association shall be located at Charlottetown (P.O. Box 1882, Charlottetown PE C1A 7N5, in the Province of Prince Edward Island.
